Refund policy

 

At Besbubs, it’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Here is our returns policy.

Change of Mind

If you have a change of mind we will happily accept your return in exchange for a credit note providing Besbubs is notified within 7 days of the delivery date, you paid full price, the item/s are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached. Please note returns received out of this period will not be accepted. 

Items purchased on sale are final sale and we don't offer refunds.

Besbubs does not offer refunds. 

Please note, should you wish to return your item/s, Besbubs does not cover shipping costs to return the item/s. Besbubs does not provide refunds for any duties, taxes, fees or shipping costs associated with the delivery of your original purchase. 

Besbubs is not responsible for any theft or loss during return shipping, so we recommend you choose a trackable postage service. 

Besbubs reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned worn, soiled or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair or scents on the fabric. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a credit note.

FAULTS OR DISCREPANCIES

We apologise in advance if an item you have received is not in immaculate condition. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask that you email us at hello@besbubs.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date, with a photo and brief description of the damage. Upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund, replacement or credit note.'

MOULD

Please note that Besbubs is not responsible for mould growth on its smocks, and we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items affected by mould due to improper care or storage. 

Mould can develop when a garment is exposed to excessive moisture or humidity, or if it's not properly cleaned and stored in a dry environment. Please be assured that mould growth is not related to a manufacturing fault or defect in the material itself.
